The Review of Law & Economics is a peer-reviewed electronic journal and publishes both theoretical and empirical research in law & economics and related subjects. The Review has a very broad focus on legal issues and gives visibility to research applying insights developed in a large set of disciplines such as microeconomics, game theory, finance, econometrics, decision theory, political economy, public choice, behavioral economics, social psychology, and evolutionary biology.
The journal is sponsored by the European Association of Law and Economics, the oldest association in the field, and ranks in the top 15% of peer-reviewed law journals worldwide (according to the rankings at Washington & Lee).
